I am definitely guilt of point 5 - no strength training for me. I am fixing at the moment point 4 with the Pilar training app.

All points are definitely key to build up your power. Iβve started to do HIIT since beginning of 2024, so to say point 5, and I can clearly see progress on my side.

Yeah cross training IMO is a big one. Weight lifting has so many benefits to more than just pure strength. Yoga, cycling, it all benefits from it.
