There are diminishing rewards to the large audience here especially as they are not predisposed towards purchase, they are aimed towards making money themselves. 

I’ve been thinking a lot about how to scale my work to other spaces, if this is possible faceless, and things like that

Skool is something that I have been exploring to help physicians learn AI tools. Most of my colleagues only use chatGPT free to craft emails. Some Gemini or Perplexity, others nothing.
To them anything beyond a login is ‘too much work to try’. Tough crowd.

Actually if you think of job and reimbursement associations . It’s the tigger point why most of the time people discouraged to use technology and go extra miles . 
No matter what you do if the return is fixed $5 ( just a number ) even if you spend 5 min or 50 min or great technology that cost $500 per months  vs no technology of dollars zero cost .

At one point people will go buy cheaper route .
