What we know of brain and health . The gut nervous system, also known as the enteric nervous system (ENS), is a complex network of neurons embedded in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. It is often referred to as the “second brain” because of its ability to function independently of the central nervous system (CNS) while maintaining communication with it. The ENS can process information and coordinate responses without CNS input but communicates with the brain via the vagus nerve and neurotransmitters like serotonin and GABA. The ENS interacts with the CNS through the gut-brain axis, involving neural, hormonal, and immune pathways. This connection influences digestion, mood, and even neurological health.

Many people who use these drugs, and clinicians who prescribe them, are questioning how sustainable they are—and what quitting them might do to long-term health.

Only job that shoukd have been more physical experience talking to patients vs asking patients to answer yes or no . With AI we are much more complicated situations

walking 160 minutes daily at 3 mph could add over five years to life expectancy, increasing it from 78.6 to 84 years. For the least active individuals, adding an extra 111 minutes of walking daily could extend life expectancy by nearly 11 years. Testing with my own life 😂🙏🙏🙏
