Being in practice. I can add it’s the hardest part to shake and share Knowledge with patients with pictures. Printing and papers waste money . Digital presentation and education cost time without great value in return. Still out of boundaries thinking definitely 👍 for you.

PCP follow guideline like civilians follow government rules as government slave . Insurance company guide all pcp what they can do or can’t do . Work with guidelines are fixed frame and if not followed insurance can terminate any PCP from network . Use of AI can be helpful to improve once’s understanding not giving better care or great quality care . Use of AI in PCP service level still far from all the CEO of all insurance give pcp guidelines. We have to wait for insurance company give us guidelines how and what format we use AI and how to bill for such services. Most people don’t understand McDonald’s can increase their price by 10% or any number but PCP can’t increase service fee by 10% . Insurance company still paying physician with same old rate that is 10 years old rate . Two most common billing code by pcp 99213, 99212 only reimbursed code paid by insurance to PCP. People can look into malpractice insurance policies PCP need to buy to practice in USA . NY cost @33 k per year .

Actually the wording “baby boomers “ Need proper education or thoughts process associated with such words . Who are taking government advantage can do that always with so much loopholes when it comes to health self care vs presenting one’s own health . In USA specifically self declaring I can’t work , I have back pain , decreased vision! Blindness. ! Poor memory / dementia. Biologically no one can determine one’s functional ability by any metrics . It’s up on one’s self logical level to make decisions to present them as functional vs dysfunctional in thought process then physical manifestation of such minds insanity and take advantage. Baby boomers are generally defined as people born between 1946 and 1964. In 2025, this means their age range will be approximately 61 to 79 years old. We accepted president with age around 80’s to run country !

Actually in healthcare every hospital or healthcare facility controls physicians move . Everything comes down to threat with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) . There is tremendous pressure with constant threat of being suspended loosing licenses.

Actually if you think of job and reimbursement associations . It’s the tigger point why most of the time people discouraged to use technology and go extra miles . No matter what you do if the return is fixed $5 ( just a number ) even if you spend 5 min or 50 min or great technology that cost $500 per months vs no technology of dollars zero cost . At one point people will go buy cheaper route .
