"works for me" isn't solid enough to give out advice to general population

research and statistics must be the way to figure out what's best for most

what you're doing is suggesting to "do this, this and this" but omitting (probably not on purpose) that you also "do this, this and this"

also, ffs, you shredded 15% body fat to 10% body fat

and you give advice to people who are probably trying to get from like 30% down to 15%

your advice *won't work* due to a variety of factors

people sit at 30% not because they "eat wrongly", but because they "eat too much"
