It’s my second year to the annual natural food Expo West at Anaheim. I always enjoyed my time as I get to hit 14,000 steps, sample a bunch of stuff and most of all see where food innovation and trend is moving towards, meet new people. This is my Disney land.

Heee.. there’s a few. I always wanted to try those mushroom coffee/ tea drinks. And I was finally able to taste a few leading brands and I was surprise by • Mud\WTR masala chia drink. It tasted the best without being too mushroomy or cheap coffee taste. 
• 24 Vegan fish sauce- I have been using this vegan fish sauce for my clients and I swear by it and to finally meet the lady who created it was definitely a great experience. 
• Coyotas organic Gluten free tortillas: made from 4 simple ingredients these were amazing and tasted fresh and quality, met the founders and owners who shared their stories behind it. You can taste the passion and craft and definitely quality from these.
• skinny dipped chocolates pretty satisfying despite being a healthier chocolate that’s low sugar, has fiber and protein macros distribution pretty good ratios.
