I think Mango might be the perfect texture fruit. It's not too juicy but not too fibrous especially the honey mangos. They make amazing sorbets and syrups too. And they aren't always just sweet. They make a great addition to different dishes like salad, salsa, etc. Thoughts?

Mango makes us Tango. There are so many different breeds and every mango has a place for application. We need to hold a mango workshop.

I would love a mango workshop! I really miss the green crunchy ones from Thailand 😭 Haven't been back in so long. Flight post covid are just really expensive it seems.

Omg! Those green crunchy ones are my fav too. I just launched a cooking channel on youtube and it is my live letter to Thailand. Do check it out and hopefully it transports you back to Thailand. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YqIc5PffhuQ&t=329s

Love this! This is my absolute favorite dish <3 I will definitely try your recipe. Usually my go to recipe has been this one https://hot-thai-kitchen.com/holy-basil-stir-fry/ I found it was as close as I could get to the real thing for the sauce. I also hate how American Thai places just add more dry chilis to make it spicier; they never increase the fresh chilis. At home I always use 10 chilis to 5 garlic gloves hahahah
