AFAIK, seed oils are most common in processed foods. So eat fresh fruit, vegetables, and some meat/fish and you'll be fine. Stay away from the processed plant-based stuff. Cook with butter and EVO. Personally I'm not convinced seed oils are as bad as some say, but happy to be shown otherwise.

Yea but notably better as EVOO is monounsaturated. With polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), oxygen molecules have more room to sneak into the chain, making the fats rancid. Obviously best to cook with higher smoke point fats
