I've recently been surprised to discover that a few of my friends are choosing to use nicotine to help them with focus, even though they are not ex-smokers.

I decided to look into it, and it turns out that there are documented health benefits of nicotine for some people. 🧵

@JacquesThibs Is there a thread or something where I can read about the addiction issues? People got addicted to patches? What was the result of that?

@jeremyphoward @JacquesThibs happened to me -- started lozies every other day, then every day, then was just vaping constantly for a couple months until i went cold turkey

patches might work better idk. I'd potentially try lozies again just absolutely do not start vaping
