yesterday I created an mvp mini app for @trendcoins to enter base builder quest 4 trendcoins.replit.app trendcoins takes trending google searches and automatically ✅ coins them ✅ casts them ✅ puts them into a dedicated miniapp where you can check out the actual news and trending search behind the coin trendcoins itself is a somewhat satirical an art project — i don't think it will be the source of the next 1000x memecoin — but i think automated content pipelines like this are very useful to creators take one thing — a trending google search, a podcast episode, a video, a blog post — and instantly create supporting materials for it like social posts and coins i want to keep exploring in this direction and want to encourage others too as well, so the entire trendcoins repl has been made public https://replit.com/@katherinechampa/Trendcoins?v=1#README.md feel free to ask me any questions at all about it if you want to make your own miniapp and autocoiner 🫶

Very cool! I think tokenized trends or attention coins will be one of the next great new asset types in crypto.

this thesis is exactly what I wanted to play with here 😊 one thing that limits the ability to automate trends is simply the data sources this would be cooler with social trends but not a lot of great options for data I want to do an iteration with one of the bootleg TikTok APIs need Farcaster to hit pmf so I can use their open data 😊

The overarching point here is twofold: 1. automated content creation tailored and customized to YOU instead of paying a SAAS You don't have to call a coin API and autocoin You can call the Canva API and generate your own custom autogenerated IG slideshows Or whatever You as a creator can create custom tools to scale your output and no it does not have to be coins 2. building something around a tokenized attention thesis, ie what @corbin.eth was articulating. attention does not always equal influencers. i can appreciate that they don't want to run pump and dumps on their audience or tokenize every post Daisy is an algorithmic manipulation tool and one i can't imagine will last if the platforms figure out that they are being gamed, with money obviously flowing to another party to do so. But great while it lasts, as this type of coordination already happens more discreetly
