life update: i’m joining merkle!

absolute dream come true to work with a team and help grow a community that’s meant so much to me for so long.

i couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead. just getting started :)

The thing i look for in hiring is obsessive/compulsive thinking on their prospective role.

I find when everyone on a team works on the thing they’re obsessed with it unlocks a lot of untapped potential.

With Ted it’s pretty obvious she would’ve thought about farcaster even if she wasn’t paid.
