forgot how good it feels to physically touch a product I've worked on

I knew they were serious about making the best countertop water filter product

but I wasn't able to fully appreciate how well-crafted and thoughtfully designed it was until I touched it (note: this is replacing my Berkey)

bringing products to market for the first time is hands-down one of the best parts of this job

Berkey probably will last longer but filters are less effective.
