I’ve seen a lot of wild things at the gym over the years, but think today tops the list. Saw a guy throwing bare fist combos on a punching bag (normal), but would end the combos by rolling out a switchblade and lightly stabbing the bag (not normal?). Makes me wonder what he’s training for 🫥

Weird idea: Website where you can input any ~thing~ and a year and see the things relative value to the dollar charted on a graph. E.g. value of gold since 1969, or a gram of uranium, or a furby, or a pill of ibuprofen. I feel like an LLM could give you a decent price estimate. Honestly more of a curiosity than anything. Like what if I converted some meager amount of cash into lapis lazuli when I graduated high school??

The cofounders of Roam (myself, @selfishfish and @jagra.eth are joining Coinbase to help accelerate the company’s onchain consumer efforts. We launched Roam because we believe that the foundation of the internet is evolving and becoming more open and permissionless. Our goal was to provide users with a mobile browser that was built for this onchain future. We are proud of the product we built and happy it was so well received by the community. We’re winding down the Roam app and joining Coinbase because this is where we can now have the biggest impact building products that support this new open financial system.
