Something I've embraced the past few years is that I'm naturally a late sleeper (best thinking and most productive hours for work late at night). I used to feel bad about it (e.g. not working hard enough) and forced myself to make early morning meetings but reality is my brain doesn't function well then and that's okay

still confused about my routine. some weeks i’m more productive at night, some mornings. big learning from the past 2 months is that earliest i can start my day is 6.30-7am (current routine). any earlier and the gap between waking up and getting sunlight is too long - heavily affects my productivity & mood
