It’s a full body MRI that lasts about 45 minutes. The cameras feel like a weighted blanket and they put a helmet on with reflective glasses so you can watch Netflix, which was super convenient and I got to catch up on a show! The test scans for markers for degenerative diseases, cancer, I think around 300 or so different things. And thank you! So many amazing technologies for health these days! ❤️

Turned 40. Decided to see what my baseline was. Got the Prenuvo scan. Mild/ normal degeneration from age. Provided some peace of mind. Wish Insurance covered it, but nonetheless felt it was worth the cost.

Morning meditation. I haven’t been as good lately and it shows. I try my best to sit quietly for at least an hour a day. Usually in the morning, first thing. This has helped me tremendously with anxiety and depression. My reiki practice took it to the next level.
