for channels, i think a new feed and then upvotes/downvotes would go a long way for quality in the main channel feed.

could the upvotes be done similar to how /rounds does it, where a mod can select from options such as all likes by power badge count towards an upvote designate a list of accounts who’s likes count towards upvoting - they could get this data from airstack to form a larger list based on social capital score @seneca

it reminds me of this, obv it’s a different concept than rounds (no $ passed), but the curator liking mechanism could be similar: https://warpcast.com/seneca/0x41e4c510

fwiw what we use is what survives the warp aglo. ie warp filters spam, we filter for specific-to-round preferences through allowlists. so we really are just building on top of warp. also our algo does not scale but it’s hood enougj for our current stage

got it i like the idea of a mod being able to use something like airstack to pick out most active users in a channel, who have a social capital scores above ____, maybe even have power badge, and then when anyone from that list likes a cast it boosts it in the main feed

i believe this type of curation is already possible w putting it in mod’s hands, but perhaps an easier way to implement something like this could be useful - my guess is most channel hosts wouldn’t know how
