How do you put yourself in a state where you are aware of which bias is potentially in play?

can never get to all bc so many are in our subconscious, but i do think we can often ask ourselves - what’s led me to think this, am i being overly swayed by anything, and prob most importantly what’s taking the other side look like

Yeah, I find it difficult to intercept myself, it's almost always hindsight.  But it serves for something I guess!
