ladies 30+ what is the best thing you've done for your skin? from topicals to lasers to injectables to surgical intervention, i'm curious what's been worth it to you! (besides daily SPF - we can all agree that's the absolutely necessary one)

Drinking lots of water consistently, daily SPF, seeing a dermatologist once per year :) Wish Iβd done this in my 20βs!

how does your derm help you out - suggest specific products or nutrition changes and things like that? (yes i wish i started being more attentive to my skin earlier too!)

When I went to my derm we were able to focus in on my top concerns (acne and dry skin) and she helped me create a specific regimen to help with those :) It helped me simplify my routine and save money on expensive products that werenβt addressing the issues. I also ask my derm to check on freckles to monitor for changes that could signify a health issue
