first off - thank you to everyone who reached out and offered support š it really means a lot second - panic attacks, night sweats, trouble sleepingā¦these are just normal parts of living with chronic anxiety, especially for those of us who are neurodivergent. it might seem alarming from the outside, but for many of us, this isnāt a crisis, itās just part of the cycle weāve learned (or are still learning) to manage the fact that this cast (about healing from dysregulation) raised so many concerns shows just how misunderstood mental health still is. because the truth is: you can live with anxiety and still show up fully, thrive, and do absolutely incredible things someone recently told me that people are too open about their mental health these days. i couldnāt disagree more. the reactions to this are a reminder that we're not being too open, we're just not being fully understood yet i used to have it in my bio and even tho i don't anymore i still fully stand by it - vulnerability is strength

Reading this felt like being seen. The cycle is real, and learning to manage it is a quiet kind of strength most people donāt recognize
