depends. are you talking about light in socializing with other people or light in a personal mindfulness way?

honestly, read "never split the difference" by chris voss. it's a book on negotiation, but i have found his  techniques like mirroring, labeling, and asking calibrated questions extremely helpful. as an introvert, i find them very helpful in IRL situations. the tl:dr; you make space for them to do most of the talking, but in a way that feels natural.
