pb&j - high protein bread - 100% peanut butter - no added sugar or alternate forms of jam ~28g of protein and freaking delicious

28g in total including protein from pb im in australia - it’s from Aldi. the bread has a lot of grains and seeds so its extremely high in fibre too.
