I’ve noticed with younger gen z they either avoid confrontation, or are way too aggressive and make things black and white.

It’s up to us to provide guidance and help them correct course.

Gen Z grew up online, where it’s easy to either avoid conflict or go all in. They just need guidance on how to handle things with more balance and empathy in real life.
