Well, all builders are users in some form πŸ˜‰ Actually though, it’s probably tough to say because web3 is so composable. Most users are probably β€œbuilding” to some extent

If we do web3 right, hopefully the builders:users ratio will be higher than any technology ever used before. As common as a screwdriver; as powerful as a forklift. Imagine an individual who truly owns everything they have ever made and can undeniably be linked to those creations for all time.

Not at all. Most artists in this space cannot be considered builders as they are not taking the time to deeply understand the tech they're working with. And there are a massive amount of artists making NFTs.
