What are the best non crypto native/beginner friendly resources on DeFi? I feel like I sound like a sugar-high 10 year old explaining my favourite niche topic when I talk to friends about it lol therefore easy to digest follow up info for them would be helpful

One of my goals this year is to experiment with using some Ottawa GreenPill USDGLO in DeFi (lending) and donate all the yield. It won’t be a lot but my goal at the end of 2025 is to highlight how even small amounts of crypto can be used to fund local communities (food bank in this case). Using @glodollar as our stablecoin = double impact with this experiment as well

We’re at this stage of winter in Ottawa - where your hot coffee freezes while you drink it Happy to report it hasn’t stopped @followethrabbit and I from taking morning walks Fresh air, exercise and sunlight exposure (even when overcast) are great ways to battle seasonal depression/seasonal affective disorder (SAD)

Every year I go through the same cycle of feeling both excitement and heavy uncertainty at ‘what’s next’. At this stage I’ve gone through the cycle enough times to know it’ll always work out - even if it works in the opposite way I expected or things get really bad before they get better. I always find a way through by taking it one step at a time. Nothing in life is certain, but part of the adventure is trusting yourself to navigate it nonetheless.
