Hey Naomi, I'm wondering.. what's the weight of that med ball? I'd like to buy one but I see there are lots of different weights and was wondering what would be the best (actually, considering I'm a total noob on gymnastics, I might need one with less weight?) And thanks for these daily videos! I love not having to chose the exercises every day (it usually takes me more than the actual exercises lol)

hey! im actually not sure what the weight of this ball was as it wasn’t written on there! i have one at home which is 2kg so around 4lbs! which i think is great for a beginner you’re welcome thanks for your comment! ☺️
