Looking for feedback on a model for protocol rewards compensation. V1 will reward for proposals, voting & auction bids. The model shows which knobs the DAO has and how that translates into the comp that a clients can get Is something unclear? Do you suggestions for improvement? https://tinyurl.com/rewards-model

is the proposal reward only for successful proposals? seems like it should be at first glance.

we're currently leaning towards reward all proposals that pass quorum. the goal is to not incentivize spam props just for rewards. wdyt?

we vote down a lot of proposals and I'm not fully convinced that it's beneficial to reward all of them. have y'all thought through the pros/cons? anywhere I can review? one meta piece of feedback is it would be helpful to have some we qualitative analysis and framing alongside these numbers.

the reward is going to the clients, not proposers. I do think we need some spam protection, but beyond spam why not reward clients for bringing proposals onchain? btw if you reward only successful ones, you'll likely just pay more per prop so each clients gets the same annual rewards, no?

what happens if a client brings a lot of low quality proposals? either as an abuse or because they are sourcing from low quality proposer pool. the equivalent seems to be like rewarding zora creations vs. mints - creations don't create any economic value, only mints do.
