マグロは、ちょっと味見した時に、炙りが絶対美味いって結論に至ったので、炙りながら食べました！！

アワビは、切り方を失敗したので写真は小さめですが、味と歯応えは存在感絶大！特に貝柱は甘みと旨味の塊…

サンマ、とにかくよく肥えていて、脂のりよし！それでいて身がふわふわ…

ノドクロ天とジャコ天、旨味がぎゅと凝縮！1枚が薄いのでトースターで焼いたらサクサク！子供たちに大人気でした！
