i'm biased, but the first advice is just plain nonsense. some people are now afraid of casting frames — it's a medium like any other (images, text, links, video). you even write that v himself said it's not frames in particular that get you labelled as spam, so why have it as a specific advice?

Because people still overdo it. I’m looking at behavioral patterns between top casters and level 0 casters. Top casters cast them sparingly. They are less than 10% of their casts.

I wish narrowcasting was still a thing. Frame games are a perfect use for this. Cast most of the frames into a channel via narrowcasting and occasionally cast into home feed to spread awareness. I used to do this all the time. The team said barely anyone used the feature.
