i'm biased, but the first advice is just plain nonsense. some people are now afraid of casting frames — it's a medium like any other (images, text, links, video).

you even write that v himself said it's not frames in particular that get you labelled as spam, so why have it as a specific advice?

Because people still overdo it. I’m looking at behavioral patterns between top casters and level 0 casters.  Top casters cast them sparingly. They are less than 10% of their casts.

I’m trying to add the nuance. I don’t think casting a frame or 2 gets you labeled as spam. But I see profiles everyday that are nothing but frames and people upset that they have a spam label.

but it's not about frames. it's about spam. whatever form it has.
