+1 from my side i would also add: prioritize finding something that people pay for and focus relentlessly on that, very easy to fall into a trap of building something without an actual demand for very long

for my past company i haven't and we shut down for my next one you can see exactly what im doing now / will be doing over next weeks — experimenting and launching small things, as often as possible i will only consider going on one idea full time again if i find 20 paying users for a shit mvp

im about to finish an mvp for supercast, a poweruser farcaster client my potential customers are people who want to get 10x more from farcaster than you can currently with warpcast they already spend time on farcaster so i post a screenshot every day to stay on top of people minds until i launch
