+1 from my side i would also add: prioritize finding something that people pay for and focus relentlessly on that, very easy to fall into a trap of building something without an actual demand for very long

for my past company i haven't and we shut down for my next one you can see exactly what im doing now / will be doing over next weeks — experimenting and launching small things, as often as possible i will only consider going on one idea full time again if i find 20 paying users for a shit mvp

generally i think this is spot on but there are some pretty amazing companies that required more than a little shit mvp for validation. The whole schelp blindness thing is kinda antithetical to the above. Stripe and most hardware companies are examples of companies hard to make shit mvps for.
