With the one caveat is be ready for me to push you on why you chose to do something. World-class UI/UX is minimally about pixels, and much more about how it works and what the trade-offs are. Brilliantly "designed" interfaces that don't get people to use them...

Agreed, that's why it's important to have a pov when going into it. But it can be both proactive and reactive. A lot to think about re channels, no?

Figuring out channels is about speed of iteration, shipping and reacting. Outside UX help without context for what has been tried, how users use the network are going to take a while to ramp.
