Agreed, that's why it's important to have a pov when going into it. But it can be both proactive and reactive. A lot to think about re channels, no?

I guess my pov is UX research is not useful indpt of trade offs on what to focus on. :)

The folks at @openux are killer researchers, even if you're not hiring would be worth engaging imo

Over designed → over engineered → under used

Imo pushback is part of the job, esp at senior roles.

Everyone building in crypto is performing design thinking. Design starts from your protocol. Design the protocol in a way to offer the best UX and you've done 80% of the job. It's the best time to build really.
