I was pointing that you overlooked the main point of @gigamesh’s cast which was abuse of Executive powers. Who built what has nothing to do with that. The point is being a fan of what Elon builds should not alleviate serious concerns regarding the threatened overreach of Presidential powers.

I have doubts as to whether this Court will check this President, but regardless any somber minded citizen should take seriously threats of the abuse of power. We are also checks on the Presidency through our election of representatives to Congress. Taking potential threats to our democracy seriously is our responsibility too.
