Farcaster should have (near-)unlimited length messages like twitter. Having used it for a while, I feel like twitter's long message feature improves its user experience and its usefulness for high quality discussion.

why not just have it collapsable so like u have to expand it to read longer casts, but like just leave it up to the user to decide how they wanna do it (link it frame it cast it whatever u wanna do) ? i dont get why that has to be something the developers decide so exactly

Why not have an open mind towards what people seem to suggest/like. I know you said you asked people, but literally nobody has a disadvantage, when there's a read more button. 🤔
