Since getting this CO2 meter, I’ve found there’s a high correlation with being unfocused and/or irritable with 800+ readings. Reminder to get some fresh air, open the window, etc.

I've been using. It's great. Use it both as a thermometer + CO2 measuring device. Biggest culprit for CO2 I've found in the house was closed doors. Especially at night when you are sleeping.
