elite shipping, appreciate the quick approach and improvements on all these for #4 - would love a way for ppl to be able to submit a pending cast as a way to join a channel - then let the owner decide if they want to accept the cast and new member or not - also owner could decide if they want to see pending just from ppl they follow or fr everyone (similar to priority mode for notis and dcs)

as an extension to 5, enable people to onboard people into farcaster directly into the channel, optionally with fees paid: Could see e.g., taking crowdfunding from the channel (perhaps sales of a moxie token, or other input) and using it to sponsor the fees for new users to join directly into a channel then we can incentivize growing farcaster and channels/communities at the same time

I'm sure you've considered it, but it seems separating "channel invites" from "channel announcements" would go a long way to helping users know what to do and how things are related. Priority | [Invites] | Channels | Mentions | Likes | Follows [ ephemeral ] - only show when there ARE invites

Maybe it would be useful to add a mandatory field when creating a channel where the owner has to specify a way to become member of it - could be a link to a hypersub, or to a moxie fan token, or just some explicative text

4. - many channels already use a link in the description to let people join, for better management owners could have that built-in directly in WC, meaning owners would be able to opt in to: a) open channel ( anyone can join as a member ) b) open request ( anyone can request to be a member ) c) neither of the above( user would use external tool, or will to invite manually) 5. Is just a UI change very small, but might help some users 6. If those channels have low demand ( low follower count ) then are expected to be inactive don't have any impact, and can be left alone. If the channels are popular and the owner is missing probably reimburse the owner in warps and hold a bid for that channel.
