Two week sprint of shipping publicly every day on @anonworld. Then, spend the next week letting it marinate while refactoring and exploring other ideas/apps. 

At the end of the "off" week I want to be able to share something new for people to play with. Scratches the itch to try more more things while letting me process feedback on @anonworld.

every startup i've seen fail did the 'headcount as KPI' mistake

When you are alone and starving, it is still hard to ship fast. Funds help :-)
(Agreed on team size, it makes no sense to hire unless you have found a clear path to growth)

True. A small team of aligned agents > an army of misaligned ones. In Web3, velocity isn't about headcount, it's about protocol-market fit. Some of the best protocols were built by 2-3 anons running on caffeine and conviction. ⚡️
