Should likes on Warpcast also be micro-transactions/tips? I realize we have warps - but they seem duplicative. If every like sent $0.10 in USDC on Base to the poster (and you could tap it as many times as you want) I think we'd see a lot more value going to creators.

Probably doesn't need to be instantaneous, likes could be tabulated and paid out periodically. Think there's a big range where periods would be long enough to be economical, short enough to still feel like constant rewards.

You would build this on a validium like arbitrum nova, where gas fees for transfers are less than a penny. Do you think if we actually get sub-cent fees post Dencun gas would still be a barrier? I’m trying to imagine if I’d be willing to pay 1c for a 10c like and don’t have high conviction either way. But I think I would It would definitely make me like less casts overall tho

Realistically there should be some centralised layer which batches payments and distributes them every $1 or $10 interval. Could perhaps be done in the Farcaster hubs?

Make it offchain withe the possibility for the receiver to claim everything that is on this offchain account with 1TX whenver they want (for example 1x a month, like they do with Twitter payouts).
