Small update for channel passes You can now set a channel pass price to 1,000,000 warpsโ€”effectively gating who can create a new cast in your channel. If someone does buy your channel pass, just revoke it and as the host you keep the warps. Will have a way to gift channel passes without warps soonish.

I understand that no one is forced to cast in any specific channel, but isnโ€™t offering a channel pass de facto telling users they will be allowed to cast in that channel if they choose to buy the pass [and follow norms]? If the host chooses to revoke, why not refund warps?

I would like a skin-in-the-game setting where a channel contributor can buy a pass to make casts, and as channel host I can slash their pass, if I do the warps are returned to the warps pool (or burnt). This gives good incentives to both me and channel contributors.
