This is a project I'm contributing to - we will enable automated redistribution of retro-rewards a PG project achieves to its early supporters who donated coin & swallowed the risk so that PG builders could get paid. Um, guys is this correct? 50 B $ trading volume on BYDFi - an exchange not even mentioned in a single post on the entirety of FC? Screenshot is of CDC, on BYDFi page it says 290 M, would still be larger than all other markets combined. This legit?

Hot take: Tipping culture is quintessential market failure & capitulation to pay for work fairly and adequately, shifting the burden & part of the blame to the consumer, in search of profit & tax-optimization. Tipping is corrosive & furthers exploitation by providing a safety net of "with tips I can make it"
