Founders, what's your take on vacation policy? "Unlimited" moreso means "unlimited within reason", which is ambiguous and often leads employees to take less vacation. Fixed limit that increases with seniority?

aim for 3 weeks for everyone including founders. try to have end of year week be off for everyone. don't over complicate it.

This is exactly our policy. We don’t count days though… so it’s a bit flexible in that you can take a bit more than that if you want/need.

^^ along these lines. I've seen unlimited interpreted as "unlimited in theory, nonexistent in practice". Better if it's spelled out explicitly, imho.
