People I meet in Discord communities. It adds a slight friction that prevents me from asking

Imo invites should be wallet gated, not just email gated

highjacking to say I know many people who wont sign up because they are forced to download the app.

anecdotally, have had 0% falloff from people who say they want to try farcaster to asking them for their email so I can send an invite
