FIP: Extend Storage Expiry

- Give all existing storage units an extra free year to avoid user churn and unnecessary work for clients  

- Reduce the size of new storage units issued. Lets us bring down the cost of registration in the future.

Is there a way to balance out the allotment for each category, or have it be a lump amount you pull from? I am buying units for followers that I will never in a million years use but use reactions like they are going out of style.

As a 20 unit storage owner I really appreciate this. Also after taking this screenshot I need more 🤣
