2 - i think twitter has it right in this case. the in-app browser has a safari/browser button on the bottom right if you do want to create a new tab in browser. reduces clutter https://warpcast.com/riotgoools/0x942ba0

Buongiorno, Dan. Thank you for asking. Opening the default browser would be fine, so users can pick, themselves. I happen to use Brave. Other users have different preferences. Built-in browser may add more risk, and does add more work to you.
