The good critiques get plenty of distribution. People here crave good, intellectually honest takes. The issue is most “critiques” are mid.

What’s the difference? Good takes assume the other party is rational / intelligent / sees the obvious moves and has a reason for not doing them (often with data you don’t have access to). Fine to not believe that yourself, but going to be hard to find an audience when you say “X is dumb” and it’s not grounded in solid evidence and/or experience.

most of the "Farcaster/Base is amazing" posts on here are mid too but a mid "Farcaster/Base is amazing" post will get substantially more play than a mid critique that's the point, there's bias in what the audience wants
