Gm fitness fam How do you structure your workouts? Do you go every week with the split of your choice, and do what you feel like doing, or have a more structured approach? Since I hired a coach, I am training in blocks of 4 weeks, and each block has a goal. My current block is all about gaining back muscle mass

You choose a goal, for example putting on muscle. Then you train 3 weeks, each week harder, and in the last one, you go all out, then followed by a deload week. The idea is that you should not train always to failure and in this method, you recover better. This is recommended for advanced lifters
