Habits i avoid while trying to build muscles - Constantly switching workout routines. - Waiting for motivation to start. - Doing 4-6 sets per exercise. - Not sleeping enough. - Skipping meals/avoiding carbs when on a cut. - Working out 6-7x a week. - Overdoing cardio. - Trying to spot reduce fat. - Not resting at least 3 mins in between sets. Any Additions?

Bro you nailed it. I'd throw in: not tracking workouts over time. - ego lifting instead of focusing on form.
