Gm fitness fam How do you structure your workouts? Do you go every week with the split of your choice, and do what you feel like doing, or have a more structured approach? Since I hired a coach, I am training in blocks of 4 weeks, and each block has a goal. My current block is all about gaining back muscle mass

I do not know how long you’ve been training but isn’t 4 weeks a little short for each goal? If you’re a beginner I suppose it’s fine
