Those that do Push Pull splits, do you guys normally do a push day, then immediately follow up with. a pull session next day? Or do you split it up? Quite sore from my push day, mainly focused on upper body because I did a shit ton of cardio.

😠I’m trying but also keeping it lean and cutting carbs whenever I can. Whenever I work out I can’t seem to get under 200lbs easily due to the way my body holds muscle. Back when I had back surgery, I was 170lbs and was the thinnest I’ve ever been. Striving to be lean and fit again
